He wanted to be a writer. He became the member of the Academy in 1837 and the member of the Kisfaludy Association in 1841. He arrived in Szarvas in 1843. He became the director of the secondary school soon. He pushed radicalism in the teaching and humanism in the discipline. You can read the following on his tomb: ‘The word of the truth can be more penetrating then the thunder and the injustice carries lightning in its breast’. The secondary school has had his name since 1930. |
