Dr. Domán Imre 1915 - 1989

From 1942 he was a vet in Szarvas. In addition to his job he collected and saved the values and real memories of the vanishing, dying world. These real memories can be seen in the permanent exhibition of the Museum of Szarvas. He wrote his experiences and memories in books: The gypsies of Szarvas, My world of small farms in Szarvas, My memoirs.
