Pálfi István 1909 - 1997

He was born in Szarvas. He got his certification of priest in Sopron. He was invited to be a priest in the New Church in 1949. During his 31 years of duty in Szarvas he worked on looking after the spiritual life of the congregation in the town and in the farms too. He held services in Slovak language, too. He started the renovation of the church.
